The deal
You pay your subscription. We provide the service. Either side can end the deal at any time — you cancel from your dashboard, we give 30 days' notice if we ever need to.
Acceptable use
Don't use Praatbox to send spam, harass humans, or violate the law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
- No deceptive impersonation
- No PII collection without consent
- No automated abuse of the chat API
- No content that violates EU/local law
Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Professional and Business plans. Real-time status: status.praatbox.com. SLA credits apply on Business — see your DPA addendum for details.
Liability
Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages. We carry €2M product liability insurance.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
