How Praatbox runs today
The managed product runs on Cloudflare's EU edge: the API, the widget bundle, and the dashboard, with conversation and knowledge data stored in the EEA. For most teams the EU-hosted cloud already satisfies data-residency requirements without running anything yourself.
If you need to run it yourself
A self-hosted or single-tenant deployment is something we'll scope on a case-by-case basis rather than ship as an off-the-shelf package. The kinds of requirements we can usually work with:
- Strict data residency beyond “EU region” — a specific country or your own cloud account
- A single-tenant instance isolated from other customers
- Compliance teams that need to inspect the runtime or hold the data themselves
- Bring-your-own LLM provider or a locally hosted model
